The installation of the new a/c unit was perfectly done, on time and within budget. My technician, James E. Was very professional and well versed in the maintenance my unit. He made some reccomendations for the installation of some added features. He explained the purpose of these additions but he did not try to force them on me. We had a bit of trouble with a small leak in our new system. This caused the evap coil to freeze over. A tech was promptly sent out to top off our system but some other issues came up that Mid Florida heating and Air resolved as fast and efficiently as they could. I would like to give a big thank-you to Our Tech that resolved the problem. Thanks Albert Sloan. This guy really know his job and his customer service is the best. Also, a big thanks to Courtney and the other girls that answered the phone. They had the fun of dealing with my family in our worst state.
