It is always a pleasure to have a technician arrive at my door from Mid-Florida Heating and Air. It doesn’t matter if they have worked for the company for a week, a month, a year, or 10 years, they are always polite, knowledgeable, and they get the job done.Today was no exception when Awesome Andrew knocked on my door. He was polite, thoughtful of my time, knowledgeable, and got right on the job. Did I say he was funny? He was funny. Everything went well. Andrew talked to our facility manager and was able to update our system with needed maintenance.AC is running super cold! It was a very good experience.

Heather at dispatch and Archie our technician have been great to work with. There were some challenges with our system and it was a little frustrating that Trane made the tech get on the phone every time to get a part approved under warranty but in the end I feel like it was fixed properly. I appreciated that Heather made an effort to keep in contact and provide updates even though it sounded like she was overloaded. Archie was always forthright and did his best to make the best of the tough situation.

My drain was plugged! He arrived on schedule, explained what the problem was and cleared it with fast. Checked out the system and explained everything. Efficient , courteous and professional! Nice job.

Had a problem with our air conditioner, and called Mid-Florida. The service man, Andrew, couldn't of been more friendly and professional. Very happy with his determination to get our conditioner back to working!!! I was impressed with that! Great job!

The technician was very polite seemed like he was very knowledgeable, he showed me what he thought was the problem and That it should be corrected as soon as possible. The cost to correct the problem would cost me $349. I told him I didn’t have the funds at this time but I will get back to them. In the meantime, I contacted my warranty company and had somebody come out and check the problem. The cost for the warranty company to come out was $85. That technician told me that there wasn’t a problem. He showed me exactly what I showed him on the picture that I had taken when the other technician was here and told him what the technician said to me. so I had to have the warranty company come out because that’s what I paid them for, but I only had them come out for no reason according to him and I had to pay him $85 to tell me that there is nothing wrong. I feel that the Mid Florida Heating & air conditioning company should reimburse me for that $85 that I had to spend for no reason.

Appreciate having a company with qualified technicians like Jared, who provide customers with peace of mind. Well done!

I would like to recognize Ken who serviced our systems yesterday. He was exceptionally professional, warmly personable and highly skilled in technical knowledge. This skill was displayed in the rapid resolution of one of our issues and continued to on to efficiently resolve the rest. He was patient and well spoken in educating us on the unit’s operation and recommendations for best performance. I rarely give reviews but his outstanding service warranted praise. We are grateful for your help resolving our problems Ken!

Mid-Florida Heating & Air excellent service, knowledgeable Technician, quickly responded and repaired my gas leak for a reasonable price.

My heat was down this morning and I recently had work done on November 25. I called and was upset and the office manager Pam was so polite and patient. She walked me through my concern even tho I was a bit out of line and she walked me through the process before sending a tech out. It was the breaker! Normally, I would know better and have checked that first, but I was upset and wasn’t thinking clearly. My advice is to not put the blame on anyone until you give them a honest chance to do what they do best and they are a very good company and very professional. I did call back and thank her and apologize for being rude. If anybody reads this, please in the future, be respectful and don’t assume things. I have learned that lesson today. I hope this helps anybody who’s frustrated think twice and be calm and just trust this company. They are very professional and good at what they do. Thank you again Pam God bless you and you are on my Christmas list.

Problem no heat , archie to the rescue ., although it was dark and cold my technician tried his best to find the problem. After several test and replacing a nonfunctional part it was determined more work was needed as another piece to the puzzle was needed . To be continued ….. next day archie came out and fixed my heating problems. Definitely would recommend this fine young man !
