What started as a “shopping around” for a new unit, turned into an emergency install! I met with Wes Hart on a Tuesday to discuss a new unit and installation. I had not made my decision yet, and had a few other companies to meet with still.
Wes was prompt, friendly, and immediately loved on my two very needy dogs. He took time to greet them and me and listen to what I had going on. Without me saying much, Wes went through my house and spotted the issues that needed to be fixed and came up with a VERY reasonable price when I ended up needing more than just a new unit. I needed all new duct work as mine was from the 60’s!!
After some time discussing the plan, I agreed that Mid Fla Heating and Air was who I wanted to go with. I signed the contract and had the team ready to go for a Thursday install. A few hours after Wes left, my whole unit stopped blowing cold air. I didn’t realize this until it was 11pm and my house was 83 degrees! I spent a MISERABLE night in my home, and text Wes the following morning (Wed) at 7:30am asking if there was ANYTHING anyone could do.
Man, when I tell you Wes jumped into action! He was able to bump up my install of my new unit to today!!! The technicals are here now installing my new unit so that I can have AC! My duct work will be installed on Friday. Wes also offered to bring a portable AC unit if I needed it, but I didn’t!
This is the kind of service that you rarely see and hardly hear of! Thank you Wes, Bobbie, and Jason for making me a priority today!
