There was a little bit of a communication issue but once it was resolved we were very happy with our unit & installation.

If you all have never used this company I would highly recommend you you give them a chance to earn your buisness. They have been a life saver time and time again. Everyone of the technicians we have ever dealt with has always been fast and friendly with great service. I really can't say enough about how great of a company they have. Again I highly recommend that you give them a call for any of your future needs.

Andrew and William were the only guys that did a great job cleaning our air conditioner. I would prefer them be the only ones that come out to service it thank you Phyllis Thompson.

The technician was very professional & friendly.

My old systems compressor went kaput on of course one of the hottest days of the year. Mid Florida came out within the hour and diagnosed it straight away. Logan and the others did everything humanely possible to get me approved for a new unit and the very next morning 9 am sharp the BIG orange truck with Josh and Sierra arrived to install my new unit. I cannot speak highly of both this company and everyone of the employees both on the phone and in person I dealt with.

Very happy with there service, they were on time and very professional. Explained everything that was done and answered all my questions.

Fernando, JC and Cornell arrived promptly to install our new system and did a fantastic job! Very meticulous, explained things throughout the installation and made sure all our questions were answered even though that meant staying late on a Friday night. Highly recommend this company and these hard working young men.Also our initial contact Logan who came to give us an estimate was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Worked hard to get us the unit that was right for us at a good price.

We have been a Mid-Fla customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the service we have received. We have had two AC/Heating units replaced over the years, and when and if we had any problems they were right there to correct any problems. Today I would like to recognize Andrew for the excellent service he provided by answering all our questions and installing a Germicidal UVC and Oxidation UVV System. We could not be more pleased with his professionalism as he is the best. Another recognition is Cody who is the dispatcher and kept us informed of when Andrew would arrive. He too is a professional in his field. Once again, can't say enough praise for Mid-Fla Heating and Air and their staff.

What started as a “shopping around” for a new unit, turned into an emergency install! I met with Wes Hart on a Tuesday to discuss a new unit and installation. I had not made my decision yet, and had a few other companies to meet with still.

Wes was prompt, friendly, and immediately loved on my two very needy dogs. He took time to greet them and me and listen to what I had going on. Without me saying much, Wes went through my house and spotted the issues that needed to be fixed and came up with a VERY reasonable price when I ended up needing more than just a new unit. I needed all new duct work as mine was from the 60’s!!

After some time discussing the plan, I agreed that Mid Fla Heating and Air was who I wanted to go with. I signed the contract and had the team ready to go for a Thursday install. A few hours after Wes left, my whole unit stopped blowing cold air. I didn’t realize this until it was 11pm and my house was 83 degrees! I spent a MISERABLE night in my home, and text Wes the following morning (Wed) at 7:30am asking if there was ANYTHING anyone could do.

Man, when I tell you Wes jumped into action! He was able to bump up my install of my new unit to today!!! The technicals are here now installing my new unit so that I can have AC! My duct work will be installed on Friday. Wes also offered to bring a portable AC unit if I needed it, but I didn’t!

This is the kind of service that you rarely see and hardly hear of! Thank you Wes, Bobbie, and Jason for making me a priority today!
