We had a bit of trouble with a small leak in our new system. This caused the evap coil to freeze over. A tech was promptly sent out to top off our system but some other issues came up that Mid Florida heating and Air resolved as fast and efficiently as they could. I would like to give a big thank-you to Our Tech that resolved the problem. Thanks Albert Sloan. This guy really know his job and his customer service is the best. Also, a big thanks to Courtney and the other girls that answered the phone. They had the fun of dealing with my family in our worst state. I would also like to thank Logan for listening to me as I complained about my issues. He listened well and promptly resolved our AC issue as fast as he could. Thank you everyone! Please, If you have had an issue with them or your AC. Talk to them and they will help you. They had every opportunity to tell us to pound sand, but instead gave us amazing customer service. The issue I had was although I turned my unit off, the plastic from the new filter was sucked into the air handler. My servicing technician, Mr. Lloyd Charles,greeted me with a friendly disposition. Which was reassuring. He was able to locate and dislodge the obstruction with no difficulties. I was very satisfied with his service. Came home from 3 days away and my house was 102 degrees inside. Called Mid Fla at 4pm and they were here within 3 hours. Shane diagnosed the problem quickly and got us back going. This was an after hours call, and the cost was so minimal i was amazed. Shane was very knowledgable and very courteous. They are now my go-to company, and i will be using them for regular maintenance.

Jared was running a little late, but my appt. was at the end of the day so it could be expected that his other appts would run a little long. Also, the office staff were completely professional to call me and let me know when he would arrive.He was very knowledgeable about my AC systems and very thorough in his work. Adam was great. He was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and was there on time. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything that he was doing. He was honest- if he didn't know the answer to a question and reached out to a supervisor to get the answer. Not only did the supervisor answer the phone but his knowledge was also impressive. I will use Mid FL Heating & Air again in the future.

The company I have used for 8 years has merged into Mid-Florida Air and I have to say I am 100% satisfied. They came amazingly fast! The technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it in a torrential rain downpour. Great job.

I had an accidentally blown a fuse when I installed my new thermostat. I called several companies telling me they couldn't get out there tonight or I needed property ownership documentation I was like thank you I'll call somebody else well I called mid Florida and they were wonderful very professional they sent Josh out within a 2-hour time frame he came within an hour he was very polite very knowledgeable and he showed me where I could find the fuse he showed me the blown fuse he explained everything to me in great detail he was very professional he was very nice I'm very very happy he had me up and running in 30 minutes. I will be using MidFlorida for all my HVAC needs in the future.

We got home from the Gator game Saturday night to find the house at 83 degrees and no AC. Mid-Fla was the only company that answered the phone and was able to send a tech, as it was after 9pm. Parker quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and we could sleep in a cool home!

Updated to 4 stars- after trouble with receiving maintenance the next day a gentleman from the management team reached out to make things right. He listenedintently to my concerns and put my mind at ease about receiving future service. I could see this becoming a five star review after another interaction with this company based on the care that the management team had for making things right with me. I feel that it is important to be transparent about what did happen with my initial experience below but want to reiterate that my perception of the company is much more positive after being contacted by Logan in management.The problematic experience: The first tech was very professional and nice, yet did something that caused the AC unit to shut off for the rest of the day. He came back later that evening, and we hoped the issue was fixed but instead water started leaking inside because the condensation line was in some way blocked. The tech had not done anything to address that during his second visit. I had trouble getting a tech out in a timely manner to fix this due in part to the office staff. I followed up and a tech was sent to fully fix the problem. Later was contacted by management and reassured that this would be addressed and that the office staff would receive coaching.

The technician was very polite seemed like he was very knowledgeable, he showed me what he thought was the problem and That it should be corrected as soon as possible. The cost to correct the problem would cost me $349. I told him I didn’t have the funds at this time but I will get back to them. In the meantime, I contacted my warranty company and had somebody come out and check the problem. The cost for the warranty company to come out was $85. That technician told me that there wasn’t a problem. He showed me exactly what I showed him on the picture that I had taken when the other technician was here and told him what the technician said to me. so I had to have the warranty company come out because that’s what I paid them for, but I only had them come out for no reason according to him and I had to pay him $85 to tell me that there is nothing wrong. I feel that the Mid Florida Heating & air conditioning company should reimburse me for that $85 that I had to spend for no reason.
