Heather at dispatch and Archie our technician have been great to work with. There were some challenges with our system and it was a little frustrating that Trane made the tech get on the phone every time to get a part approved under warranty but in the end I feel like it was fixed properly. I appreciated that Heather made an effort to keep in contact and provide updates even though it sounded like she was overloaded. The technician was very polite seemed like he was very knowledgeable, he showed me what he thought was the problem and That it should be corrected as soon as possible. The cost to correct the problem would cost me $349. I told him I didn’t have the funds at this time but I will get back to them. In the meantime, I contacted my warranty company and had somebody come out and check the problem. The cost for the warranty company to come out was $85. That technician told me that there wasn’t a problem. He showed me exactly what I showed him on the picture that I had taken when the other technician was here and told him what the technician said to me. so I had to have the warranty company come out because that’s what I paid them for, but I only had them come out for no reason according to him and I had to pay him $85 to tell me that there is nothing wrong. I feel that the Mid Florida Heating & air conditioning company should reimburse me for that $85 that I had to spend for no reason.

My heat was down this morning and I recently had work done on November 25. I called and was upset and the office manager Pam was so polite and patient. She walked me through my concern even tho I was a bit out of line and she walked me through the process before sending a tech out. It was the breaker! Normally, I would know better and have checked that first, but I was upset and wasn’t thinking clearly. My advice is to not put the blame on anyone until you give them a honest chance to do what they do best and they are a very good company and very professional. I did call back and thank her and apologize for being rude. If anybody reads this, please in the future, be respectful and don’t assume things. I have learned that lesson today. I hope this helps anybody who’s frustrated think twice and be calm and just trust this company. They are very professional and good at what they do. Problem no heat , archie to the rescue ., although it was dark and cold my technician tried his best to find the problem. After several test and replacing a nonfunctional part it was determined more work was needed as another piece to the puzzle was needed . To be continued ….. next day archie came out and fixed my heating problems. Definitely would recommend this fine young man !
