I would highly recommend this company. We had an issue with our unit making loud noise and they sent a technician out that afternoon when I called. Archie diagnosed the problem and the office staff got us on the books for a repair. I want to thank Stacey & Heather for working so diligently on getting our warranty part for our AC unit. They have a great office staff, including their sales manager Logan. Today, Archie & Brendan came to install the part and they had a tough job due to our outdoor unit being on our roof. We live in a 3-story townhouse. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Great service all around!

Anthony did a great job. This was my first time using your company since I have used the same company for the past 15 years.He serviced my annual a/c and found it needed 2 new parts. I had been complaining about an issue with my old company and they just kept telling me everything was fine. Anthony fixed the problem and explained what went wrong.I am now a new customer. Very pleased with the service. We get a call every 6 months for a checkup. Breakdowns, though rare, are answered quickly. This visit, checkup was discussed, pics shown. Excellent and reliable.

We were provided a great service today. We called in the morning and they came out same day and serviced our AC unit. We signed up for their membership and felt that Kevin was knowledgeable. He provided great information on our unit.

Super service! Ron was professional, friendly, and went straight to work. He checked every aspect of my HVAC system to ensure it was operating according to specifications. Along with this he cleaned the electronic filter, pre-filter, drain pan, and drain line. All of this was done in a timely manner. He is a true asset to your company. Additionally, Mid-Florida took over Extreme Air and Electric this year, and it is quite evident the new owners are continuing the service excellent as in the past. Finally, I like the fact that Mid-Florida reached out to me to setup an appointment for routine maintenance. Kudos to Ron and to Mark in scheduling!

Wonderful service and very nice people, CJ and Anthony were great. They came out for maintenance and to repair a small part. They cleaned the unit as well. They went over the price before the service and there was no hidden fees.
