My AC unit shut down on Wednesday November 13, due to a defective blower motor. It took a few days to receive the replacement blower, and a few conversations to lower the repair costs of my 4 year old AC unit. The installation of the new a/c unit was perfectly done, on time and within budget. My technician, James E. Was very professional and well versed in the maintenance my unit. He made some reccomendations for the installation of some added features. He explained the purpose of these additions but he did not try to force them on me. He did suggest that I should consider them in the future.

Chris was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. I also watched as the measurements were taken on the capacitor and the start assist. I needed emergency service again on Sunday and Mid Florida responded. CJ said parts were required. Stacey called by 9am on Monday and said CJ was picking up the part and would be there by 2pm. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and replaced a transformer in our air conditioner. Thank you, Gio and Mid-Florida, for having after-hours service.

James was excellent and very knowledgeable. BUT very disappointed in prior appointment where I was told drain lines cleaned when it was obviously not done! Causing me to have another appointment with another charge ...Too many calls and charges when problems should have been discovered earlier.

I appreciate working with Mid Florida because they prioritize communication by telling me what time they were arriving, who is servicing the call, and answering all my questions. We had a bit of trouble with a small leak in our new system. This caused the evap coil to freeze over. A tech was promptly sent out to top off our system but some other issues came up that Mid Florida heating and Air resolved as fast and efficiently as they could. I would like to give a big thank-you to Our Tech that resolved the problem. Thanks Albert Sloan. This guy really know his job and his customer service is the best. Also, a big thanks to Courtney and the other girls that answered the phone. They had the fun of dealing with my family in our worst state. I would also like to thank Logan for listening to me as I complained about my issues. He listened well and promptly resolved our AC issue as fast as he could. Thank you everyone! Please, If you have had an issue with them or your AC. Talk to them and they will help you. They had every opportunity to tell us to pound sand, but instead gave us amazing customer service. Give Albert Sloan a raise. He deserves it!

He's very knowledgeable and confident about his work. Makes me feel good that someone is telling me the truth about my system. Not ripping me off by telling something is broken, when it isn't.
