I would like to take a minute to praise the people at Mid-Florida for going the extra mile fixing the Carrier Split Air unit they installed two years ago. The model was newly released at that time and proved subpar during the two years it ran. When it quit this last time the people at Mid Florida service went to bat for me with Carrier and had a completely new wall unit of an improved model sent and installed. All at no charge as they had determined the unit had not met specifications promised. I can’t thank them enough for not only standing behind their service promise but going beyond and seeing that Carrier stood behind their product as well. Thank you Mid Florida Service Department, it is rare to see this amount of customer care these days.

It was such a pleasure having Michael has the Service Rep. for my A/C unit. He is very knowledgeable. I was very impressed by his patience as he walked me through how to operate the Thermostat.

We reciently had a new furnace and A/C installed by Lucas. I have to say he was the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He removed our old system and installed the new one in less than 6 hours and did it by himself. He was very metulious about his work and even swept my garage floor up when he was finished. I would highly recommend this company and especially Lucas.

It is always a pleasure to have a technician arrive at my door from Mid-Florida Heating and Air. It doesn’t matter if they have worked for the company for a week, a month, a year, or 10 years, they are always polite, knowledgeable, and they get the job done.
Today was no exception when Awesome Andrew knocked on my door. He was polite, thoughtful of my time, knowledgeable, and got right on the job. Did I say he was funny? He was funny. I hope to Andrew back in six months for my air units next checkup.

I am so not good with the internet, so not sure if first one went through.

Everything went well. Andrew talked to our facility manager and was able to update our system with needed maintenance.
AC is running super cold! It was a very good experience.

Heather at dispatch and Archie our technician have been great to work with. There were some challenges with our system and it was a little frustrating that Trane made the tech get on the phone every time to get a part approved under warranty but in the end I feel like it was fixed properly. I appreciated that Heather made an effort to keep in contact and provide updates even though it sounded like she was overloaded. Archie was always forthright and did his best to make the best of the tough situation.

My drain was plugged! He arrived on schedule, explained what the problem was and cleared it with fast. Checked out the system and explained everything. Efficient , courteous and professional! Nice job.

Had a problem with our air conditioner, and called Mid-Florida. The service man, Andrew, couldn't of been more friendly and professional. Very happy with his determination to get our conditioner back to working!!! I was impressed with that! Great job!

The technician was very polite seemed like he was very knowledgeable, he showed me what he thought was the problem and That it should be corrected as soon as possible. The cost to correct the problem would cost me $349. I told him I didn’t have the funds at this time but I will get back to them. In the meantime, I contacted my warranty company and had somebody come out and check the problem. The cost for the warranty company to come out was $85. That technician told me that there wasn’t a problem. He showed me exactly what I showed him on the picture that I had taken when the other technician was here and told him what the technician said to me. so I had to have the warranty company come out because that’s what I paid them for, but I only had them come out for no reason according to him and I had to pay him $85 to tell me that there is nothing wrong. I feel that the Mid Florida Heating & air conditioning company should reimburse me for that $85 that I had to spend for no reason.

I would like to recognize Ken who serviced our systems yesterday. He was exceptionally professional, warmly personable and highly skilled in technical knowledge. This skill was displayed in the rapid resolution of one of our issues and continued to on to efficiently resolve the rest. He was patient and well spoken in educating us on the unit’s operation and recommendations for best performance. I rarely give reviews but his outstanding service warranted praise. We are grateful for your help resolving our problems Ken!
